Easy white board game to play
Write the full alphabet across the top of the board.
Place 5 or 6 categories below it. Example, Animals, Countries, Food, Sports, Movies..etc.
Then you can make teams or students can play individually.
The teacher will Say a letter and then pick a category.
Example: A....Animals. Build of a bit of drama with it. As you don't know which category it might be. Or you can make a wheel to spin. The students shout out "Stop the Bus" when they know an answer for the category and letter.
STOP THE BUS! ANT!....and they get a point. Not sure why it is called stop the bus as I have stolen this game from someone else and that is the name they gave it. Ha. You can come up with any expression you want.
